Anonymous Сhat Child Safety Standards Policy

At Anonymous Сhat, we are committed to providing a safe and positive environment for all users and to preventing any use of the app for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This policy outlines our standards and procedures for preventing, detecting, reporting, and addressing child safety violations in alignment with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards Policy.

Upholding these standards is a vital part of our ongoing effort to maintain a safe communication platform and to protect children and young people from abuse, exploitation, and harmful behavior.

Definitions of CSAE and CSAM

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

CSAE refers to any act, content, or behavior that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a child. This includes, but is not limited to, grooming, sextortion, child sex trafficking, solicitation of a minor, attempts to sexualize or prey upon a minor, or any conduct that facilitates abuse or exploitation of a child.

Any form of CSAE is strictly prohibited in Anonymous Сhat and will not be tolerated.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

CSAM includes any visual representation, such as photographs, videos, computer-generated imagery, or other media, that depicts a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct or otherwise sexualizes a minor.

CSAM is strictly forbidden in Anonymous Сhat. Such material is unequivocally condemned and, upon detection, may be removed where technically possible and reported to the appropriate authorities or child protection organizations.

Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation

Anonymous Сhat maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of CSAE and CSAM. Any behavior, content, or activity that exploits, endangers, abuses, or sexualizes children is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate enforcement action.

Prohibited behaviors include:

• Grooming: Establishing trust, emotional connection, or influence over a child to enable sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Minor sexualization: Creating, requesting, sharing, or distributing any material that depicts real or fictional minors in a sexualized manner.
• Sextortion: Using threats, blackmail, coercion, or pressure, often involving private or sexual images, to obtain additional sexual content, sexual activity, money, or other benefits from a child.
• Solicitation of minors: Attempting to contact, persuade, or arrange communication with a child for sexual or exploitative purposes.
• Child trafficking or exploitation: Any behavior connected to trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or facilitation of abuse of a child.
• Misconduct involving minors: Inappropriate behavior toward a minor that may indicate or lead to abuse, including showing explicit material, engaging in sexual conversations, or requesting private images.

Age Restriction

Anonymous Сhat is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. The app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow children to use the service.

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has used the app or provided information through the app, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing related information where technically possible, blocking access, and reporting serious safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.

Protective Measures and Moderation

Anonymous Сhat includes safety and moderation measures intended to reduce abuse and respond to harmful behavior. These measures may include:

• in-app reporting and blocking tools;
• review of user reports related to abuse, harassment, inappropriate content, CSAE, or CSAM;
• anti-abuse and anti-spam controls intended to reduce harmful automated or repeated behavior;
• restrictions or blocking of users who violate our rules;
• review and improvement of safety procedures based on policy requirements and user reports.

Because Anonymous Сhat is a communication app, user reports are an important part of detecting harmful behavior. We encourage users to report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, harassment, or other unsafe conduct.

Reporting Procedure

If you encounter or suspect CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or other harmful behavior, you may report it through the following channels:

• In-app reporting: Use the “Report and block” action in a chat to report an abusive or inappropriate user.
• Email: Contact us at info@anonymous-chat.com for urgent or detailed child safety reports.

When making a report, please include as much relevant information as possible, such as the approximate time of the incident, the type of violation, the reported user’s visible details, and any context that may help us identify and respond to the issue.

By reporting problematic content or users, you help protect the community. No issue is too small to report; we would rather review a concern and find no serious violation than miss a chance to stop abuse.

Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

• immediate blocking or restriction of the reported user;
• removal of harmful content where technically possible;
• suspension, limitation, or termination of access to the service;
• preservation of relevant information for safety review;
• reporting to legal authorities, child protection organizations, or other appropriate bodies when required or appropriate.

This policy applies to all users of Anonymous Сhat and is in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

By using Anonymous Сhat, users agree not to engage in CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, harassment, or any other unsafe or illegal behavior.

Continuous Improvement

We regularly review and update our safety procedures to align with Google Play’s evolving Child Safety Standards Policy and Developer Program Policies. We continue to improve reporting, blocking, moderation, and anti-abuse measures to better protect users and respond to child safety concerns.
